Brad Cunniff has more than 37 years of experience in the automotive industry and nearly 20 years with JM&A Group in Fixed Operations. He began his career as an automotive technician and shop foreman before joining JM&A as a District Service Manager. Today, he serves as Fixed Operations Consultant Supervisor, where he helps dealerships improve service operations, enhance performance, and drive long-term results. Brad is a former ASE Master Technician and holds an Associate Degree in Automotive and Diesel Technology from Universal Technical Institute.
