Halleen Kia is a two-store dealership group serving northern Ohio. The family-owned business is run by two brothers, with each leading one of the dealerships. Both locations rank highly among all Kia dealerships in the country for sales volume.
Since 2010, the business has used JM&A Group as its F&I partner and has taken full advantage of what the partnership can offer. Because of JM&A Group's partnership with Kia America, Inc., the Halleens chose to take advantage of JM&A's expertise and offer the full suite of Kia branded products. In early 2020, the time came for a realignment and a refresh of F&I practices at the two dealerships. This became a chance to take the department's performance to the next level.
