JM&A Group’s in-house claims administration is the backbone to its success in service contract sales. Our 350+ claims analysts and associates are located in two call center locations in Deerfield Beach, FL and St. Louis, MO. In 2014 alone, the team handled 2.2 million calls from service advisors, technicians and consumers – and paid a total of 1.5 million claims, amounting to $277 million dollars.
