Target Audience: Business Managers with at least four months of Finance & Insurance experience*

Course Objective: This intensive 5-day workshop focuses on legal issues critical to experienced Finance and Insurance Managers, as well as on techniques proven to boost F&I revenue. Special emphasis is placed on rigorous group exercises and interactive role-plays. And this 5-day workshop is combined with the F&I Legal & Ethical Standards (FILES) Certification. The FILES Certification focuses on F&I processes and selling methods, as well as legal compliance. Upon completion, students must demonstrate both exceptional sales skills and legal knowledge in order to earn a FILES certification.
