Maria K Guttuso is JM&A Group’s Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Guttuso is responsible for overseeing the legal and compliance departments at JM&A. The attorneys that work with her and support staff provide legal and regulatory guidance to the companies that comprise JM&A that includes litigation, transactional, marketing, product development, legislative tracking, consulting and compliance.

 

Ms. Guttuso has over fifteen years experience in the automotive industry. Prior to serving JM&A and its parent company as in-house counsel, she worked for a sister company to JM&A as an accountant. Ms. Guttuso received her J.D. with honors from Nova Southeastern University and received her B.S.B.A. from the University of Denver. She is a member of the Florida Bar, American Corporate Counsel Association, South Florida Chapter, and the American Bar Association.
