JUSTINA DAVIS, Director of the Performance Development Center

Justina Davis began her career in the automotive industry in 1989, holding various positions including Sales Consultant, F&I Manager and Sales Manager. Justina earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University. Justina joined JM Family in 1998 as an F&I Specialist for JM&A Group. Since 1998, Justina has worked in the capacity of JM&A Corporate Trainer, Senior Corporate Trainer, Training Manager and Director of Operations for the Performance Development Center. Justina has also worked as Director of Retail Training for Southeast Toyota where she oversaw the development of the Area Training Managers, the course offerings for SET Dealers, new product launches and various recognition programs. Justina is currently Director of the Performance Development Center, where she oversees the Dealer Development Team, the Specialists, the Trainers, Field Development, and the Operations & Curriculum team.
