    JM&A Group's Performance Development Center, commonly known as the PDC, started in 1997 to support the training needs of dealers. The PDC began with seven associates conducting 3 to 5 classes per month. Today, the PDC has over 80 professional training-related associates, with over 200 years of combined retail experience.

    PDC conducts approximately 100 seminars per month, training over 9,100 students per year. The PDC maintains a cutting edge training and consulting environment that inspires our students - your staff - to become high performing professionals.
